Short answer

Fees vary according to school referral arrangements, and all family fees and potential referral compensation are disclosed before service begins. Before work begins, we explain fees, scope, possible school referral compensation and third-party costs in writing.

Detailed answer

Our school matching and advisory fees vary depending on whether schools offer referral fees and how much. In some cases, families pay a service fee; in others, if the school provides sufficient referral compensation, we may not charge the family separately. We explain all arrangements before service begins. Our recommendation principles do not change based on referral fee amounts.

Fees should be read together with the scope of work, such as school research, application documents, school communication, accommodation coordination or post-admission support. School application fees, translation, notarization, immigration, medical, accommodation and other third-party charges are normally separate.

If a school offers referral compensation, the arrangement is explained before service begins. Families should receive a written quote, payment stages, refund terms and exclusions before deciding to proceed.
