Johnny Wang

Co-Founder (Business Development)

Johnny Wang

Johnny pairs a dual background in Engineering from the University of Toronto and Pharmacy from Taipei Medical University with over 15 years of executive leadership. His career spans serving as Taiwan GM for a TSE-listed healthcare informatics enterprise, building a prominent pharmacy delivery social enterprise in Asia, and leading multi-unit residential development and cross-border angel investments in Greater Vancouver.

Having guided his own daughter to acceptances at U of T, McGill, and UBC, Johnny combines high-level strategic vision with practical parental insight. Through customized university admissions roadmaps and bespoke 1-on-1 mentorship, he equips young learners with critical resilience, agile problem-solving, and decisive leadership for the AI era.

Johnny is also an active mentor at the Health Innovation Hub (H2i) at the University of Toronto.

Simon Wu

Co-Founder (Operations)

Simon Wu

An engineering graduate of the University of British Columbia (UBC), Simon brings over 26 years of leadership across cloud infrastructure, digital transformation, and corporate strategy. As a serial entrepreneur who successfully founded, scaled, and exited enterprise cloud and digital media ventures to a global communications network, he now advises renewable energy innovators and emerging enterprises from Vancouver.

Bridging technical rigor with senior executive experience, Simon mentors students and newcomer families to navigate evolving industry realities and long-term career trajectories. Through tailored 1-on-1 mentorship, he instills independent problem-solving, rational judgment, and the strategic agility needed to thrive in an unpredictable world.

Eric Fan

Co-Founder (AI & Technology)

Eric Fan

An Information Systems graduate of City University of Hong Kong, Eric brings over 20 years of leadership across enterprise IT, network architecture, and digital security. He has served as CEO, COO, and technology director for multinational tech firms, complemented by extensive board governance across industry bodies and non-profit organizations.

In an era defined by artificial intelligence, Eric translates his expertise in systems engineering, risk assessment, and technological innovation into strategic mentorship. He helps students and young innovators anticipate global industry shifts, cultivate cross-disciplinary agility, and build the leadership acumen essential for a digital-first world.

Sylvia Wang

Co-Founding Advisor / Head of Student Advisory

Sylvia Wang

Entering the University of Toronto’s Materials Science and Engineering program on a Dean’s Merit Award alongside a McGill Entrance Scholarship, Sylvia exemplifies multidisciplinary excellence. She graduated top of her class in Business, earned accolades in the AMC, COMC, and NCWIT Computing Awards, is a 5-time BC Champion and 2026 National Bronze Medalist in Taekwondo, and has authored ten illustrated philanthropic books.

Having transitioned through both Taiwanese and Canadian public and independent school systems, Sylvia leads iPerform’s student advisory with authentic, relatable insight. A CDL Apprentice and YELL Canada Ambassador with extensive coaching and tutoring experience, she combines relatable mentorship with rigorous goal-setting, empowering students to build emotional resilience and distinguish themselves in selective admissions.

Henry Lam

A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R709937) and serial entrepreneur, Henry brings extensive expertise in Canadian immigration policy, corporate strategy, and venture development.
