What English-language scores do Canadian colleges and universities require?

There is no national English-language admissions standard for Canadian post-secondary study. Some undergraduate programs accept IELTS Academic 6.5 or comparable TOEFL or Duolingo results, but the minimum overall score, section scores, accepted tests, result validity and competitive-program threshold are set by each institution and program for each admission cycle.
